Japan is the first country to confirm the presence of a large delegation of hairstylists for the 20th Intercoiffure World Congress, event organized in partnership among Hair Brasil, Intercoiffure Mondial and Intercoiffure Brasil, tha will be held in May 2008, in Rio de Janeiro.

Eizo Kakimoto, president of Intercoiffure Japan, confirmed to the entrepreneur Francisco Santos (president of the 20th Intercoiffure World Congress and also president of Hair Brasil) the presence in the Congress of 54 hairstylists in the Japanese delegation. The professionals of the "earth of the nascent sun" are already preparing a special show to present in Rio, detaching the history and the traditions of the oriental culture. In this feature, "Traditional Japan" and "Modern Japan" will be shown.

The 20th Intercoiffure World Congress - Rio 2008 will be held from May 18th to 20th, in the InterContinental Hotel/Rio de Janeiro, and it will put Brazil in evidence for the whole beauty market worldwide. It is expected professionals from more than 40 countries, with large delegations of the USA and Europe, besides Japan.
